What shipping company will deliver my sneakers?
Orders delivered to the UK will be shipped and delivered via
Royal Mail, and orders delivered internationally& EU will be shipped via Royal Mail but delivered by the country’s national post firm.
All shipments are sent on a signed for delivery service only.
Tax & Import Duty
Please notice that in the country of delivery, extra customs duties, taxes, tariffs, duties and customs regulations are paid to the purchaser for shipments leaving the UK. These payments are the customer’s sole liability and are non-refundable.
How do I change my shipping address?
Within 24 working hours of placing your order, you can contact us via our Instagram page to amend your shipping address, and we’ll do our best to assist you withit.
What countries do you ship to?
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!! However, we had to immediately suspend all EU orders from 14 January 2021 due to the effects of Brexit, as we are aware that certain EU customers are asked to pay up to 40 per cent import duties, and these shipments will be paused until we can provide you with a more simple experience.
We are still sending orders to countries outside of the EU for delivery. For this, at checkout, simply input your shipping address and this will be shipped via Royal Mails.
Please contact customer service on our Instagram if you are buying in an EU country and are willing to pay the import duties, and we will try to support you with your request. Please note, that though you return your order, import taxes and duties are non-refundable.
Are returns free of charge?
Within the UK, returns are free of charge. We ask any returns sent back from outside the UK as tracked shipping Please contact us on our Instagram page for return address. To raise a return ticket for your order, please contact us on our Instagram page.
Your return/refund policy
We only accept return and refunds request only if you see any damages we did not recognise, any other reason will be denied.
From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to raise a return request on your order with us. For our clothing, returns must be unworn and unwashed. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging, attached with all stickers or labels.
Every shoe must be returned for safety reasons in their initial sneaker box and an outer box. Any returns sent back without an outer box may be rejected and, if harmed, sent back to the buyer.
Any item purchased during a sale or through a promo code is eligible for store voucher only.
How long does it take to get my refund?
This will be reviewed by our dedicated staff once we receive your return. Once we have approved your return, you will get an email update. Please note, it can take up to 5 working days for refunds to clear up.
